Terms and Conditions for Downloading and Using eBooks

1. All rights and title to eBooks available for download here, including copyright, are exclusively reserved by the publisher – Gulf Research Center (GRC) / Knowledge Corporation (KCorp) in all formats, media, and languages throughout the world.
2. By downloading an eBook, the individual downloading the eBook (hereinafter recipient) confirms that the downloaded eBook is for his or her personal use only. 
3. The recipient is not permitted to give access to a downloaded eBook or any part thereof, in any format, to any third party in any form, including, but not limited to sharing, distributing, redistributing, transferring, renting, licensing, sublicensing or broadcasting.
4. The recipient is not permitted to make a downloaded eBook or any part thereof available using a website or other means via the Internet or via any other network.
5. The recipient is not permitted to reproduce a downloaded eBook or any part thereof by electronic, photographic, recording, printing, or any other available means, without the prior written permission of GRC / KCorp.
6. The recipient is not permitted to sell or resell a downloaded eBook or any part thereof or use it for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
7. The recipient is not permitted to include a downloaded eBook, in whole or in part, in his or her own print or digital publications. Short, properly referenced and credited quotes or excerpts may be included in academic publications.
8. The recipient is not permitted to edit, alter, adapt, or modify a downloaded eBook, in whole or in part, nor is the recipient permitted to create any derivative work based on or incorporating any part of a downloaded eBook.
9. The recipient is not permitted to remove or obscure any notices or marks from a downloaded eBook that have been included in order to prevent unauthorized use. This includes, but is not limited to copyright or proprietary notices, trademarks, disclaimers, labels, or GRC / KCorp logos.
10. The recipient is not permitted to use a downloaded eBook, in whole or in part in any way that is not lawful or that violates the legal rights of anyone, or in any way that is inequitable, disrespectful or otherwise objectionable.
