The book “Commercial Contracts and Bank Operations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” is published by KCORP and authored by Dr. Muhammad Hasan Al-Jabr, may Allah have mercy on him, and updated and reviewed by H.E. Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Khabti, Vice Dean for Academic and Educational Affairs, College of Law and Political Science, King Saud University. As outlined in its table of contents, the book consists of two parts: part one discusses commercial contracts under six chapters: commercial sale, brokerage, commercial agency, commercial concession contracts, commercial mortgage contracts, and transfer contracts. Part two examines bank operations under three chapters: bank accounts, bank deposits, and bank credit.
