Another KCORP publication is the book “The Iranian Ambitions in Arab and Muslim Countries: Drives and Hurdles – an analytical strategic study”, authored by Yusuf Khattab, an academic in King Khaled University in Riyadh. In approximately 550 pages, the author reviews his study, which is conducted based on scientific research standards, not personal opinions or desires. The study analyzes the Iranian policies and positions, whether internally, towards Arab neighbors or towards the rest of the world.

The book consists of three parts and nine chapters, covering the ideology of Wilayat al-Faqih (Islamic Jurist Guardianship) and its religious, historical and political dimensions. It also discusses the Iranian influence in the Arab and Muslim world, its objectives and methods. The author also addresses the exportation of ideology through soft and hard power and its justifications and objectives. In addition, the book examines how the Kingdom confronts the Iranian ambitions by discussing the Saudi-Iranian relations, the Iranian animosity towards Saudi Arabia and how the Kingdom deals with such ambitions.
